The city is ordering schools staffers not to allow immigration agents to enter school buildings, Mayor de Blasio announced Tuesday.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents will be turned away from city schools unless they have a warrant signed by a judge, which city lawyers deem valid, according to a new policy being issued to principals. Read More.
